• Nose

  Fruity (plums, candied lemons), farmy, leathery. Whiffs of saw dust. Coastal notes arrive later. A waxy feeling.

• Taste

  Oily, briny and fruity. Candied lemons, honey, liquorice. Actually very briny and sweet.
  With water, lemons and tangerines on the nose, palate is still fruity and sweet but bitter too.

• Finish

  Long, smoky, peppery and briny.
