Important Reminder:

Selling alcohol to individuals under the age of 18 is illegal. By placing an order, you must confirm that you are 18 years of age or older. You must ensure that no individuals under the age of 18 use your login to purchase alcohol products. Proof of age (identification) is required for individuals aged 18 or older at the designated address or INFINITA LIMITED store. Otherwise, delivery will be withdrawn, and alternative arrangements will be made between the customer and us.

Prices may change without notice, and all orders are subject to our acceptance and stock availability.

All orders are provided in Hong Kong and Macau.

All prices listed on the website do not include delivery charges. Such charges will be separately listed for your confirmation and acknowledgment before proceeding with payment.

Member Registration:
You may choose to log in to your member account or register as a non-member to place any orders through our online store. You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date registration information.
According to the Privacy Policy Statement, INFINITA LIMITED only collects your personal information for registration, notification, and other matters related to the application. Payment:
All listed prices are in Hong Kong dollars, and credit cards will be charged in Hong Kong currency.

Order Notification:
Our website orders are only accepted for collection from the designated billing address or collection at the specified physical store in Hong Kong/Macau.
Upon successful submission of your order, you will receive an email confirmation of the order.

Store Pick-Up Service [Store Address]:
Once the order is confirmed, we will not change to another selected store for collection.
Once your order is ready for collection at the designated physical store, we will send you an email notification stating the date and time of your collection.

Please collect your order at the selected physical store within 3 days from the specified collection date within the designated working hours of the selected store.

Otherwise, we will transfer such products to our warehouse for storage and delivery, and a storage and delivery fee of HKD 250 will be charged to you (please contact us for the applicable rates). In this case, you must settle the unpaid amount before collecting the order.

To verify identity when collecting the products at our physical store, you must provide the confirmation email and transaction history of the credit card/debit card used for payment. We may also request additional information, such as your registered account details.

For authorized representatives, you must present a copy of the confirmation email and transaction history of the credit card/debit card used for payment. We may also request additional information, such as the purchaser's registered account details, for verification.

If we are not satisfied that the person collecting your order is yourself or representing yourself, we reserve the right to refuse the collection of the order to protect your interests.

You are required to inspect the products immediately upon collection for any defects and/or damages. Exchange or refund must be recorded during the collection at our physical store; otherwise, any claims for damages will be considered to have occurred thereafter.

In case of any dispute, INFINITA LIMITED's decision shall be final and conclusive.

Delivery Service:
Customers must provide a designated address, and the representative or customer themselves must acknowledge and sign for the receipt of the goods.
Free delivery service is available for any purchase of HKD 600 and above.

For orders below HKD 600, a delivery fee of HKD 100 will be charged.
Our delivery time slots are available only from Monday to Friday, 11am to 6pm, and Saturday from 11am to 1pm, excluding Sundays and public holidays.

For specific delivery time requests, please contact us via email/phone.
Delivery is applicable only to addresses on Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, and the New Territories.

An additional fee of HKD 350 will be applied for delivery to Tung Chung, Discovery Bay, and Ma Wan (additional fee will be collected upon delivery).

Delivery will not be made to restricted areas, non-fixed addresses, hotels, warehouses (requiring entry registration), ferry terminals, or post office boxes.

For buildings without elevators or products that can only be accessed via stairs, an additional charge of HKD 50 per box for the first to third boxes and HKD 10 per box for the fourth box or more will be applied.

You are required to inspect the products immediately upon delivery for any defects and/or damages. Exchange or refund must be recorded upon delivery to your specified address; otherwise, any claims for damages will be considered to have occurred thereafter.

If you do not receive your ordered products at the first delivery appointment or if the information provided regarding the address is incorrect, we reserve the right to charge additional delivery fees for subsequent deliveries.
In case of any dispute, INFINITA LIMITED's decision, both in letter and in spirit, shall be final.
